Parental Consent Form

GEXCon is a “Family Friendly” environment but we do feature games that have a “Mature” rating. Additionally, GEXCon Staff and our representatives will likely be taking lots of photos and video taping of events and attendees. As such, we require attendees under the age of 18 to have a completed Parental Consent Form. You can download the form here.

Please have the form filled out by a Parent or Legal Guardian and bring it with you to GEXCon in order to get your badge.
